Musical Journey Hugely enjoyable! My first every duathlon, and the first cycle race I had ever taken part in. I was accompanied on the first 10k by a friendly runner called Jane and we kept each other motivated and ran a respectable 59 minute first leg. The lack of cycling training was my undoing though as I had to get off the bike twice for the big hill but despite that I was really proud to have finished in a respectable time. Well organised, great weather and a medal to be proud of. Would definately recommend this.
