KevBev Very harsh conditions: ground icy and frozen with several slippy parts and some snow drifts.found this very hard going to run and mentally as i was way back with the last few runners.

Kevski it gets better and better. Good quality field, beautiful running on snow and -10c with wind at the start! came 52nd from 180 and got in to out 6 to score team for Cambridge Harriers. Tactics were brilliant, stayed with a group of 5 then left them fr dead on the 4th and last lap as well as picking others off. Buzzing!!
