Alun Wow, that was harder than I remember from last year, loads more ups and downs because the water splash was missing (no water like Minnis Bay last week :-(). Slightly lower rating as well, dropped below 80 so will have it all to do at Rough Common to finsih as high as last season... Enjoyable run none the less, picked up loads of thick, sticky mud on the bottom of my spikes, can't imagine what it was like to run in trail or flats??
