andyb Warm up for Halstead and Essex Marathon. Hope I've got it right! Sorry to the guys who bet on me, I had to hold myself back to protect my calf for the marathon. Felt good not pushing though I am really happy to get through injury free.

Jo-bee Very hard race. Hills all the way round, which i wasn't expecting. Really warm day too when there was showers predicted, shame, i was looking forward to that! Some of the ground was very stony and uneven and the last few miles were hard on the legs. I didn't really enjoy this race as much as I expected because it was too hilly for me, if it had been flatter I could have definitely done it in my predicted time or less. A good experience though and I'm proud I did it!!
