The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. AdminLiz Once again organisation was not good, attendance was around 500 down overall on previous year with only 61 taking part in the HM. Learnt from last year and added more drinks stations as once again the weather was very warm. Mile markers are few and far between and usually in the wrong place, especially the 9 and 11 mile markers. In fact I only saw, 5, 9 and 11. Still feel the route needs to be updated to a single loop and cut out the long promenade stretch. No goodie bag, not even a bottle of water at the end, and the medal was given right on the finish line (almost missed it) in a plastic wrapper with no ribbon...they were charging for a ribbon!!! Hopefully with new sponsorship/organisers next year it will improve...if not I will most likely miss this out.
