Baza Hard run and struggled after a week on holiday with no running(Local Beer in the Lake District is to recommended though :-) ). Started slower than normal today, hoping to pick up on the 2nd lap - it never materialised though. Of the pace at this meeting I'm afraid...

Lexo Enjoyed this run although started sliding about a bit on the second lap. Was pretty steady on both laps and managed to hold my position OK although was passed by a couple of grizzled vet on the last hill Am really enjoying the cross country and it is tough but a lot of fun.
