Ally2 I have entered with expected time of 9.28 (based on 34:20 10k). Also entered 800 and 1500 but we'll see how I feel after this one. 9.18.7 came first in the one race. Beat charnwood AC runner, Tom Curtis, who beat me at Derby 5k by 7 secs. Not ideal conditions; blowing down home straight and cold but happy with time.
