Cancer Research 10k - Grimsthorpe Castle

Zeb This was my first ever 10k last year, when I completed it after no training whatsoever. It took about an hour and a quarter. I've done two 10ks this year already and dipped under the hour at Woodhall, so hoping to knock a little bit more off. Very sorry if you bet on me. Thought we were flying to start with - we reached 5k in 28 mins. 5-6k took over 9 minutes, as did 8-9. Seriously doubt km markers were in the right place, and that this was actually 10k, inital looks at the map suggest it was just a smidge under 11k.
