Enigma Better than last year so pleased with that. Hotter conditions than I'd expected. Glad to have got round after my knee became very painful in warmup - it eased during the first K and I steadily overtook people through the rest of the race.

Plussing As Which Sailed from Largs to Rothesay for the excellent Bute Highland Games 10k. Once again the sun shone providing hot and humid running conditions. Exactly the same time as last week's Forth Bridge 10k and about 2 1/2 minutes faster than last year. 3rd lady. Need to work on race plan and not start so far back in the field!
