Alun Wasn't sure what to make of this, haven't run it for over a year due to other commitments and my left calf cramped just before I woke up (grrr) but the conditions were pretty much perfect (light drizzle and a slight breeze). Ran out hard for the 1st 2K, took a slight breather for the 3rd before pushing hard for the finish - Ended up with a 12 second PB :-)
