Bolt Deliriously pleased at managing to break through the 60 barrier for the first time ever in the XCs...on possibly my least favourite course of the season: how weird is that. Definitely helped by having Peter C. on my tail most of the first lap but he took off as we ended that first stage. However, recovered composure to come through mid-section strong and managed to pass Marc D at around Mile 3 which boosted my confidence a lot. However, others also ran amazingly well...thought Ian Cottee, Richard N and TomTom looked awesome up front...was managing to claw my way back at Peter C hoping to be able to sprint him to a famous finish (and score). But 'twas not to be...but I AM now officially a top 60 XC runner. Next up...Top 50!

Tom Tom Actually enjoyed this one (not often I say that about xc!!). 6th lady, but the stiffest comptetion yet in that category, so am happy with the result:)
