Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

paul the builder: Pace progression of all easy runs over 2 years. HR < 140bpm (67% WHR) for the whole run.
Colours represent marathon 'campaigns'. And the thick horizontal line below each data set is the marathon pace I achieved in the race at the end of that section of training.

    P.E...: Now thats pretty cool.

Peacey: Nice PtB very nice indeed.

BS: Great going. I hope the next thick line is well below the graph.

paul the builder: Green was Newry 2009. I went for a faster time than I was capable of in the race, and ended up not even getting a PB. The flashing lights of sub-3 made me greedy, when I should have gone for sub 3:05.

Boingy: I like this graph a lot. It shows what amazing progress you can make by training sensibly.

Cavehill75: Nice one - where do you get the time to do this ?? LOL

MaT.T: This is brilliant think will start entering my stats into excel to see how things improve.

padoir noir: Now that's what I call a graph. The correlation is incredible with the exception of the green blip which you can explain. Like The Terminator, I may have to steal your idea and start plotting myself!

padoir noir: Have you updated it for your sub 3hr Belfast 10 campaign?
  • 22nd Jul 2010 at 9:36am
paul the builder: It's updated on a daily basis - what do you think I am, some sort of part-timer data geek? Will stick another one up here soon.
  • 23rd Jul 2010 at 11:21am
padoir noir: Apologies for the slur...you are of course a full-on mega data geek ;-)
