4lb gain after a holiday - not good but not a disaster either.

It's time to get back in the game :-)

Been on this diet for two weeks and in total lost 3kgs (was 87 now 84kgs). I have also used My Fitness Pay App to track all the food I eat so that I know when I am abusing my body.

Really pleased to fit back into my 32" jammers for swimming without the bulgy bits (my waist, not my cock and balls)

Was going to say that's quite a drastic way to lose weight Argie!

I'm still on it. Been going strong since Feb 2013. I don't do it when on holiday, which means I tend to gain a bit and then lose it slowly again. So overall I'm maintaining a 17lb loss since Feb 2013, which is where I want to be :)
