I should really look up the rules but if Iain is running with Magnus (which he plans) could he run with Harriet too or does it have to be 1 to 1?

don't think has to be 1 to 1 as long as they are all looked after "within arms length" to be honest if you have a competent 10 yr old runner I wouldn't worry too much happy b'day Mrs S |

Not sure, but I know that in Ellon there was the one mum who ran with her two daughters, usually towards the back.

Dunno! DH isn't fussed about the running part of it whereas I am which is why I get Speedy DS2 he and I will come to some sort of pacing agreement

Crikey, there's not a lot you could've done to foresee that, and I don't think carrying adrenaline is something that can reasonably be expected..... Well done on dealing with it calmly.... as an other runner, wouldn't have known anything was going on, which is a plus!
