We have always made good use of the council owned and managed track that was up-graded to an 8-lane "all weather" track in 1984. With Lottery and Sport England funding the track was refurbished in 2002 including the installation of floodlighting and the track was again refurbished in 2011. We run a small friendly clubhouse that provides changing facilities and a refreshment bar for members, guests and visiting athletes. The clubhouse was opened in June 1988 in memory of former member Joanna France from funds raised by the Joanna France Memorial Trust. Yeovil Olympiads are proud to be based at the Bill Whistlecroft Athletics Arena, Yeovil.
