Polegate Plodders was started in 2014 by a group of local residents that share a love of running. We felt that getting together like minded people would be popular on the outskirts of Eastbourne with such beautiful countryside and provide healthy fun in enjoyable company. The club welcomes everyone regardless of size, ability or age.
