The Finsbury Park 5000s are a Friday evening festival of 5000m running, hosted by London Heathside.  A series of open graded 5000m track races will start at 18:45 and continue until home time.  Races will run slowest to fastest.

Like most events we've had a covid year off.  At our last running back in 2019 two thirds of the competitors ran a PB.

The event is held at the London Marathon Athletics Track in the middle of Finsbury Park, and is best accessed from Manor House tube.

The covid situation will dictate exactly how we're run on the evening, but we're hoping for an entertaining evening with our cafe open.

There will be seven races, and athletes must be U20 and older (ie at least 17 by 31st Aug 2021).

The event is now sold out, however:
