Loose toenail (bawk)

oumaumau Aug 2018 1:15pm, 28 Aug 2018 974 posts	0 oumaumau I've got a loose toenail a month after bruising it quite heavily, and a 3 day ultra starting Friday. Pull it off, or tape it in place and see what happens (retch, cough, choke etc)

um Aug 2018 6:49pm, 28 Aug 2018 432 posts	0 um trim and tape - or just suggesting - see if local GP (or BUPA style place) will assist with a rapid removal? I wouldn't go to Dr V'rap - the posts she's done today, that biting may hurt. (but do ask for a home visit, just for the fun of it)
