Looking around and have used Hal Higdon but fancy a change as feel a bit unsure about the long run pace??

Two completely different plans Liking more the look of P&D as I would consider I 've been a bit more Furman . My best is 3.40 and would like to go better. Usual constraints of time etc but it's down to desire I suppose |
