I hope you have successfully staved of the Night Starvations, V'rap. Apparently something with 30g of caesiny protein (cream cheese, ricotta) is just the thing and will help with your gainz.

(I had a spell of waking up a bit hungry at night. I would have an Emergency Biscuit on standby.)
