I'm quite bendy but this hit some trouble spots and I felt I was getting a useful workout (plus a bit of that ol' breathing and focus this) I was going to write an Adriene blog today! The session isn't easy and holding some of the stretches/poses for the required amount of time is challenging. Or at least I found it so. There are no difficult moves as such... and as usual Adriene insists you only do what you can and what 'feels good' for you. But yep I liked it enough to do it again tonight!
