A discussion we have regularly, taking either side as the mood takes us: we "need" a camper; we've got a car and a tent; we'd use it more than the tent; we'd have to sell the car; oh the places we'd go; we don't have time; we can get a cheap/old one; cheap ones cost lots each year, has to be reliable; we've got the money; that's for paying towards the mortgage... We got a bigger tent. |

We took the plunge in March this year and ditched the old VW T4 and the car and brought the new van. It is my daily commute and I absolutely love driving it. Am really looking forward to going away in it soon

We were out on our bikes en famille this afternoon and the kids have scuttled off ahead and MrsC turns to me and says that she’s looking forward to putting bikes on a camping van and touring Europe. GET IN!!! :):) |

Nice one Angus ✊ We are planning on hitting Europe next year (seeing as we are so close down here in Dover) Also doing the lake district which us much further away for us. |

Just back from our first proper weekend away in Floyd since the conversion was finished and what a fabulous weekend it was. We stayed in Brockenhurst in the New Forest and the weather was glorious. I love the camper van life 😁 |
