Creaks and Streaks

It's called 'Creaks and Streaks' - and it's a mini version of this table here: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/training-analysis-consecutive.php To sit opposite the idea of 'Streaking', I made up the term 'Creaking' to reflect consecutive days of NOT running. That's what I spent a fortnight doing over Easter (creaking, not making the graph). Anyway. Fetch

Son of a Pronator Man Apr 2013 5:26pm, 15 Apr 2013 6,959 posts	0 Son of a Pronator Man not sure it is right. It says I have had one period of 7 days consecutive rest in 2013 ( even when swimming, biking at XT are included) But the thingy-thon says otherwise and I don't remember a 7 day rest
