The Wingspan expansions stop the end of game points grab that sort of spoilt the initial base game. Just adds a bit more to the end game.

Played Cascadia with Landmarks Expansion over the weekend. That adds a bit more depth too... and makes it a little tougher to play. Not sure it improved it however... will have to try again. Still enjoying Earth, Brass Lancashire, Azul, and After Us. I have the Expansion to Ark Nova to get into as well. |

Only got one game in this weekend, but managed to play it both Saturday and Sunday. After the Empire. Loving it. A bit of the longer side for my wife (2 hours ish) but she likes it too thankfully. |

I just watched a review describe Wyrmspan as like a «gamer's» Wingspan. That makes me less inclined to get it, and try Wingspan with a eiro expansion pack.

Refound Carcasonne - a great little game. Something for a Sunday afternoon to play while chatting.
