Couldn't find the +14s again so got +15s eventually.

Hmm- the Triax +15s seem to have a lot more instep support built in compared to the +12s, which is good for support but very sore for breaking them in. I’ve had an instep blister for the first time in my running life this week.
That said, I’ve only done 10miles in them so far so let’s hope that my feet and the trainer manage to reach an accommodation over the next 50 miles or so.

Random ‘how long is a piece of string’ question – how many miles / sessions does it normally take to break in new trainers?

Got something to say?
