Not envious of all the DOMS but that post successful marathon glow is quite special and to be savoured.

I am pretty much running as normal auburnette and had very little DOMS which is the plus side of my poor race. Getting faster over the shorter distances will only aid in your marathon progress and I am sure a few pbs are there to be taken 😊
