Well done all those who made the target, and also those who nearly made it. Be encouraged by what you did achieve; press onward and you'll do even better in 2010.

I made 770, which I was very pleased about, since I had several months in the Spring plagued by injury, but just plod on I say, and you amaze yourself!

Everyone have a happy new year and happy running!

Very well done to all those who did 750 miles, and also to all those who didn't but had a good try.

Enjoy your running in 2010!

i am pleased i made 790, id put my aim as 700, but had a mixup a few weeks ago thinking id put 750 and around 20 short with week to go, then added a few runs not recorded, and founs i was over 770, went out for a few runs over holiday, including 2 x 9miles, but after 2 days of 9 couldnt face 10 over last 2 days of year too icy, and i had to work new years eve, happy new year everyone, well done to all who acheived. To those who didnt - its just an arbitary number, feel good about what you have acheived.
