CottamRunner Canalathon 50k from Great Ancoats in Manchester to Sowerby Bridge in Yorkshire. Ran with David Brunton - found it tough at times - ended with blood blisters on both 4th toes (prob due to late change of insoles on old road shoes I swapped to). Splits: 25k 2.15, 26.2miles 4.07, 50k 4.57 Northern Veterans AC, Red Rose RRC 4:57:04 4:57:04 4:59:59 4:57:04 51.55
