Applecross Quite pleased with this considering still suffering from cough/cold. Had been slightly dreading it, as have done virtually no xc training, but the course held well despite the rain and juniors tramping on it for a couple of hours beforehand, and the new mudrocs were ideal for the wet grass and sand course, so apart from having a tickly thoat and coughing lungs up afterwards, was fine. Very pleased to have broken 7 min miles for a race of any distance :-) Unaffiliated 16:37 16:37 16:37 70.01

Gokeith ran quite well-1st race for a while and way under distance for me so was puffing and panting all the way round and thinking how much i don't like short races Kilmarnock Harriers & AC, Loudoun Runners AC 12:46 12:46 12:58 82.02
