Badger Really enjoyed this. Crazy grand scale organisation. Thumbs up and much gratitude to Nightjar for arranging Team 3 (Else) and making sure everybody got where they needed to be when they needed to be there. This time is off my stopwatch. The FERC

Pericles Stage 1 for Reepham Runners.
Lovely conditions ... a truly beautiful, remote dawn run (6.30am start) by the sea. Sand and shingle in the middle miles made the going difficult, so I narrowly missed out on the aim to maintain sub 7-minute miling. But pleased nevertheless. Reepham Runners 1:56:10 771.42

Princess Purple Bubbles stage 16 for team fetcheveryone else! amazing weekend with sleep deprivation but I still ran a steady even paced 5.5miles and came home in 58:45 which I am over the moon about given the pain in shoulder.nightjar was great on bike support-even if I did get him to talk random jibberish for about the first 2miles...Monty got a few comments but we are used to that and to top it off I got to snog legless at changeover! Unaffiliated 1:00:00 58:45 1,634.04
Rach E Stage 13 which is 13.98 miles. There's some offroad, it starts at 3 in the morning so I'll aim for a conservative 7m/m pace...***UPDATE*** I had a great run in the dark hours!! Although my stage wasn't the easiest, I managed to keep a consistently comfortably fast pace up for the whole run. It's my first Aldershot, Farnham & District AC, Team Kennet, Newbury Velo 1:37:45 1:33:25 1,027.65
