Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Good course, and as magoo says - proper XC. None of the artificial rubbish you see on TV. Ran 1st leg and probably started to quick.Roll on Cumbernauld in 2 weeks time
My first cross country race - very enjoyable and a great course. It's a lot tougher than it looks. I'm going to do as much cross country as I can in the forthcoming winter.
I was hoping to dip below the 14min mark....but alas!! Great day for the 1st x-country of the season and a great course...a real x-country with twists, turns, hills, tree roots and a few dry stream ditches to jump over!! A hard course and was glad it was just the 4k today. Ran the 4th and last leg and took over from Fat Boy who was the 3rd man.
Fat Boy
Ran as part of the Carnegie 'B' team who placed 19th overall. I think the time recorders must have been kind to me as I had myself recorded at 14.01. Excellent event and good cross country course.
Great course.Well organised event.I ran 3rd leg for my team. Not one of my best days. However still enjoyed the race.
Good start then felt terrible struggled to keep pace going
Tough cross country course. Starting a cold and felt quite wheezy and light headed after I'd finished. Maybe not the best preparation for tomorrow's Aviemore half!
