Marts Going away for long weekend. Will be 8wks post london so another go at sub 2:50. UPDATE. Tight calf in Left leg at 18 miles then in both legs from 22 miles. Finished 5th overall and 2nd in M30-39 category. marshalling poor and only about 3 miles of closed road but pre race banquet and presentation excellent.
