Ally2 will be a hot race. try and get under 14:40 for 1st time. Started steady and remained in lead group until 4k when scott and ian left me. Retained good splits they just hit 68 laps and scott did a 58 last lap to leave ian. Through 3k in 8:56. Too hot for pbs. Notts AC, Hermitage Harriers RC 14:22 14:41 14:39 14:51 87.93
