Rach E Pressured into doing this by a girl at work! Will treat it as my Friday tempo run. Don't bet on me for a PB as I'm still not back to pre-injury speed yet. UPDATE: Garmin read 19:52 when I finished, but it played up, and official result puts time at 20:13. Still pleased though - nearly half a minute off previous PB and on a hot day too.
