Gobi My first track race since I was 18.Should be interesting. Dissapointing time but I did win my b group race. I can handle the heat ok but I did not get a good warmup etc. The back straight was a little windy and I think I just had issues keeping my pace steady with having to pass people and moving to be lapped. I guess it went ok I just expected to go faster Cannock & Stafford AC 16:16 17:41 17:30 17:58 72.68
