RichardNathan Paced myself at 8 min miles as was not feeling good about this one due to limited training. Ran 6k from West Hampstead to Maide Vale return the night before and had to walk part of it! Felt terrible! Was suprised when I completed the first lap. 8 min miles felt slow so upped the pace. Was pleased with c. 47mins as was expecting 50 and found it pretty easy run.
