Hi ,

Serious PB attempt. fetch PB and senior PB but missed lifetime best (set when 17) by 8 secs. really pleased though as this course not the flattest and needed windscreen wipers for glasses due to driving rain:):):):)
frizzle
I was originally hoping that this may be a PB attempt but not running as well as last year and don't think I will have the same fire in my belly as last year. Anything around 42/43 will be good!
Gaubfar
was going for a pb, but after last frostbite don't think I will bother....

depending on how leg feels going to try and break 38 mins

UPDATE leg felt great, and smashed pb by 3 minutes, extremely happy :):):) lots of encouragement from fellow werrington joggers, set off on a pace that I thought was too quick, but managed to maintain it, finished in 35.20
