Marts Am using these as speedwork as hate the distance (hate this course also). anything could happen but feel fitter than 2w ago when ran 18:30 on harder course. Might be worth risking 60 on me if you a the risky type ***UPDATE vvv hot but lots of support from clubmates who decided to spectate rather than run helped me to a 3:27 last k and a 'PB' for this running career*** unoffically 18:21 ***UPDATE offical time 18:20 and 25th place my best in 5k series ever. paulhalford Was aiming to run 3:15 kilometres but, seeing as it was one of the hottest days ever in Britain, aimed for 3:20s instead. Paid off as, despite being left at the start by people who ended up running 1.5 minutes slower than me, moved up from about 12th to third from 1.5km onwards.
