paskha 8th 10K / 2nd Redruth 10K. This is the ONLY running I did between the 2 marathons - and it was a PB!! I enjoyed the run, which has Kilometre markers (inaccurate!). Although it's quite up and down, through streets and not scenic, it's quite fun esp the last bit where you just climb and climb, giving you a nice fast gentle run down to the Cricket Club where you dash to the finish on the grass - and it can't be a PB course as the Finish is higher than the Start!
