paskha First time I ran Mag 7 - 24 secs to the Start, so my time 67:54 ... warm up for 10 mins - TOUGH COURSE but NICE! ... between mile 1 & 2 there is a hill for half a mile like Quarry Hill! Also hot - I seemed to cope, Jen was 1st FV50-59, I was 2nd, bottle of french wine & a slab of stone (trophy) Mounts Bay Harriers 1:02:57 1:08:20 1:08:20 56.52
