paskha My 17th marathon / 5th Duchy - Best time on this 2-lap (since 2000) course. Third marathon in 4 weeks !! (IoM - 10th Aug, Two Bridges 35 miles - 23 Aug) Fed up with running at marathon pace, I set off to run faster - only managed 15 miles, then struggled on, finally walking the whole of the 22nd mile (the Hill - 17 mins) taking photos, so surprised I still managed 4:43.
