Dave Maher Only intended to use as training run for Amsterdam and glad I did as it was hot and it was far hillier than I expected.
A great race though really loved the course and scenery would definately do it again!

Middler This is hilly and often hot too - despite all the marathon training, I'm not expecting great things here. * It was hot and hilly and windy on the return bit after 8m. I was fine until 10m then really started to flag, felt awful and wanted to stop (didn't!!). Really had to battle mentally to keep going, had chronic stitch at 12m, couldn't breathe when I'd finished. Not a great ending.* Unaffiliated 1:58:24 2:02:22 2:10:00 2:02:22 56.04

Nightjar Superb village event, well organised with great atmosphere. It was rather warm and the hills just kept appearing, which made it a tad challenging. No PB expectations, but on the other hand... YESSSS!!! Bedford Harriers AC, LDWA 1:37:01 1:42:51 1:55:00 1:47:45 56.83
sarahbob Great race - yes it was hot and hilly, but the scenery was a lovely distraction (and I got a PB!) Garden City Runners 1:43:33 1:43:33 1:43:33 62.87
