paskha I was fit enough to run a better PB, but was pleased enough on the day, as it was HOT and it is a multi-terrain event. Skipping through the woods was fun! It's a great family fete type atmosphere and children run it too (a round trip of 600 miles to run 5 miles has to be a record!!) Mounts Bay Harriers 44:03 44:03 42:58 44:03 59.76
