miff Woo hoo! Felt like I ran this really well for me and the time bares that out. Quite a hillly course and fairly warm too but well marshalled and two water stops (very very welcome ones although I poured both drinks over my head). Splits: 1 Mile - 7:54 2 Mile - 14:55 (7:00) 3 Mile - 22:07 (7:12) 4 Mile - 29:22 (7:15) 5 Mile - 37:12 (7:49) Unaffiliated 37:12 37:12 37:12 57.50
Team Win Very pleased with this result as i was 24th in the other race I did in this series and came 14th tonight. I went through 2 miles in 12.09 and was struggling at 2.5mile but the water station sorted me out and I was able to push on and beat a few good runners. PB by 3 seconds in very hot conditions!
