Mave Have had to readjust my expected time down from 1:30 to 2:00. Broke my big toe at the end of september, and I've not trained since. A few trial jogs in the last wek indicate it'll be ok to run GSR, but more for fun. Might run with a friend who is a running newbie. UPDATE: Did better than hoped, but still way under what I can do. Paced newbie for first half. Decent negative split until that brutal last two miles! The power walk to Fratton station as soon as I crossed the finish line was tough too!
