Cookie That was probably the toughest 10k I've ever run. The first hill to the castle was steep but short but going through the Park I thought the drag up to halfway was never going to stop. The off road section killed my rhythm. The long descent was welcome but you had to be careful. The hill back to the Castle brought me to a halt. That was so not a PB course. 53rd isn't bad though.
