Gus Woo hoo! a new pb and the biggest hill I've ever seen in my life! I was forced to walk part way up that bl**dy hill and thought my time would be terrible. What a nice surprise when I reached tha acadamy and saw how well I'd done. My legs are still a wee bit sort but last night's recovery run seems to have helped. What a well organised race, big thanks to the marshalls who were hanging about in the cold cheering everyone on. Nice to meet oldmum on the bus to the start line.
