Crash Hamster Oops, accidently ran a PB. The course is hilly (1220ft of ascent) and I decided to run on a heart rate of 160 (down) and 170 (up). Trust me, you don't need a HR for the flat :o) With 2 miles to go, I realised what was on and went for it a bit :o) My previous PB was 1:51 something at Vyrnweewee, but the best round here was 2:03. Iron Squishy My watch time. Another hilly and hot half mara, but it was quite breezy which helped. Ascent logged at 1220ft, which was odd as I didn't find the hills quite as bad as Launceston, think there are more of them, but they are shorter and steeper. Sharp stabbing pains in arch of foot from about 8 miles caused me to hop on a few occasions, but it came and went, and I was very pleased to finish, as I had almost pulled out due to my foot!
