EvilPixie Very hot and more undulating than I expected. Good day. Too many walkers (as normal for this type of race) which was annoying but my goal was to run it all and I did that! Now to improve fitness and pace! =================================== PB is 34.20 on a short course - would love sub 30 if poss but need to start running 1st! LambChop Modestly placed myself at the back and then had to barge my way through all the walkers which lost me time. Disappointed I didn't break 30mins but was incredibly windy in sections. Really looking forward to GNR now. Hermitage Harriers RC 27:16 31:41 31:41 46.51
Ness Very much slower than I had hoped for. Don't seem to be making any improvements in my running at the moment. Did raise a bit of money for Marie Curie Cancer Care so at least it was a little worthwhile!!!! FERC 24:43 26:28 26:58 55.84
