hammerite got round ok with no probs. Struggled a bit between 3-6.5k, think it was because of how warm it was. Managed to pick up for the last 3.5k. No complaints with result after 10 miler on Friday and marathon 2 weeks ago. Bedford Harriers AC 43:55 45:44 45:00 45:44 57.73
mellow yellow Very warm day. Good varied course including dodging walkers and horses. First race in hot weather and only a fortnight after my first half marathon so wasn't sure of time to expect. Set off far too fast for my own good. Set a new PB though. Watch time 57:33. Unaffiliated 54:46 55:19 57:39 54.27
